If I call for my code, do I need to stay connected to the HiPay Mobile telephone server for the duration of my site visit? 

No, when you call, you will be given your access code in 90 seconds. Once you obtained it, you may hang up.

 

My code did not work when I inputted it into my site. What do I do?
